The Preparatory Schools for Belmont Abbey included Alderwasley Hall and Llanarth Court and later Benet House at Belmont itself. There were other Catholic Prep Schools that were to feed boys and girls into the Belmont system. If you have memories or better still, photos, from your Prep school days, please send them over. Richard Griffiths Llanarth Court Pics are here.

Thanks to Mike O'Mara who has sent over some Memorabilia from his Alderwasley days.

Crosby Hall School was a Day Prep School in Acocks Green, SE Birmingham. It used the buildings of the closed Convent of our Lady of Compassion on Warwick Road from 1948 to 1966. Several boys went on to Belmont including  the memorabilia site editor. A supermarket now stands on the school site.
